It outlines the rules that reviewers and the organizing committee must follow throughout the evaluation process. b. Reviewer Assignment:<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>

\u2022 Each submission is assigned to \u00a0at least two expert reviewers<\/strong> in the relevant field.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Reviewers must confirm or decline the review invitation within 7 days of receiving the request.<\/span><\/p>

Responsibilities of Authors:<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>

\u2022 <\/strong>Authors must declare that the submitted work is original , has not been previously published elsewhere, and is not under review in another venue. <\/span><\/p>

\u2022 The contributions of all authors must be clearly stated, and individuals who have not contributed to the work should not be included as authors.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Any potential conflicts of interest must be explicitly disclosed.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Authors must obtain the necessary ethical approvals for their research and declare that their study complies with ethical guidelines. <\/span><\/p>

Responsibilities of Reviewers:<\/span><\/strong><\/h6>

\u2022\u00a0Reviewers must remain impartial throughout the evaluation process and avoid conflicts of interest.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022\u00a0They must maintain the confidentiality of the information provided during the review and focus solely on the scientific content of the submission.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022\u00a0Reviews should be clear, constructive, and aligned with the academic standards of the congress.<\/span><\/p>

Responsibilities of Editors:<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>

\u2022\u00a0Editors are responsible for ensuring that the review process is conducted transparently and fairly.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022\u00a0They must adhere to ethical principles when making final decisions, considering reviewer recommendations.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022\u00a0In cases of ethical violations, editors must follow COPE\u2019s decision-making flowcharts and take the necessary actions.<\/span><\/p>

Process Management in Cases of Ethical Violations:<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>

\u2022\u00a0If an ethical violation is suspected, the process will be managed following COPE\u2019s recommended decision trees.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022\u00a0Ethical violations may include:<\/span><\/p>

\u2022\u00a0Plagiarism (partial or complete use of another work without proper citation),<\/span><\/p>
