Marmara Depremi ve 6 \u015eubat Depremleri \u00f6rnekleri \u00fczerinden, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin afetlere m\u00fcdahale kapasitesini tart\u0131\u015fan Sak, ge\u00e7mi\u015fte ya\u015fanan
